‘Bradley’ Smoked Chutneys at the Ludlow Food Festival
The prestigious Ludlow Food Festival offers an opportunity to experience the produce from 130 top quality small independent food and drink producers from the Marches, the England-Wales border country. Not to be missed, we say, is the recently developed range of smoked chutneys from homemade chutney and preserve company Holly and the Ivy .
With their Bradly Digital Smoker, owner Lin Whitehead, has developed the most innovative range of chutneys - Smoked Apple, Smoked Garlic and Aubergine, Smoked Mango and Port, and Smoked Mango and Lime. Lin’s husband Paul, the “peeler and bottler” of the company, tells us, that they could not be more pleased with the results from their Bradley Smoker. Furthermore the purchase has paid for itself many times over.
