Super demonstration of the Bradley capabilities.

Though I do wonder how Mark has managed the process of extinguishing or disposing of expired bisquettes with them being dropped right into the hose?

Time for Mark to buy the new cold smoke adapter, I think, or at a minimum to fabricate a chamber to allow the water bowl to be used (a chamber cooling the smoke still further before it reaches the cabinet).

I am really looking forward to getting hold of this.

The original Bradley is great, but let down in the cold smoking area because of the radiant heat from the bisquette burner pushing the cabinet temperature too high.

This is a must have for all Bradley Smoker users if it keeps the temperatures down acceptably.

This will be a welcome addition/solution.

I received a gift of the Bradley Original at Christmas 2008 and although temperatures were freezing, it proved impossible to have a cold smoke, even with the heating element power cord disconnected.

My only concern is that looking at the second chamber it looks pretty small compared to some other home-made solutions (e.g. the cardboard box and washer/dryer hose trick) .... are there any test results on the new cold-smoke adaptor to show the difference in temperature in the smoke house before and after fitting the official adaptor?
